I-485 Incorrect Status Update and Case still not scheduled for an interview

Facts-
Indian National located in NJ
I-130- Receipt Date- Jan 27th, 2015
I-485- Receipt Date- Oct 2nd, 2015
As per Visa Bulletin my Priority Data got current in Dec 2016 and my case should have been scheduled for an interview.

I have submitted two USCIS Inquiry as there was no status update on my case

1st inquiry, i did not receive any response for 40days so i opened second Inquiry

2nd Inquiry- Received an incorrect response that the Priority date is not current. Escalated to USCIS Level two customer service, level 2 customer service emailed the person who provided an incorrect update and closed the inquiry. Now i have to wait 30days (5more days to go) to open another inquiry.

Question
Has anyone been in this situation? If yes, then could you please advice how to get this resolved?

It's a waiting process

You only got current in December 2016 you have another few months before they can give you an interview. They're not doing it from when you had your PD when you got current there are others i front of you and they're up too march 2016 applications. Very backlogged pray and wait. Try do the inquiry again they may not give you the service request they may says it's in the processing time.

Thank you so much for the response. Just one more clarification, I-130- Receipt Date- Jan 27th, 2015 and my I-485- Receipt Date- Oct 2nd, 2015 which is still before March 2016 Newark processing time. Do you mean to say that processing time is based on Priority date to be current, in other words i will have to wait for processing time to reach Dec 2016 and filing date has no relevance at this point?
