Is the G-325 A form needed in applying for green card when submitting the i130, i-485, i-765 forms?

  • #2
Yes the beneficiary still needs to file a G-325A but not the petitioner. That being said if you are filing with the new forms there's an additional I-130A you'll need in place of the G-325A of the petitioner.
    Altogether you'll need
    I-130: 2 petitioner photos
    I-130A: 2 beneficiary photos
    I-485: 2 beneficiary photos
    G-325A: 1 beneficiary photo
    I-765: 2 beneficiary photos
    Hope this helped

If the I-130 petitioner is spouse, the G-325A has been replaced with I-130A. But the I-485 does expect a G-325A for the Adjustment applicant.
