Can I reschedule biometrics location?
Hi, everyone,
I am doing concurrent filing to adjust status for my dad,
now I received the I-797C saying location and time 4/13 for biometrics collection appointment, the biometrics location in the notice is near my house,
but My dad is currently travelling in Chicago, and will not be back for some time.
Can I make a copy of the I-797C and send out the form ask for reschedule time and location?
Can I ask them to assign my dad biometrics collect location to be in IL, Chicago?
Or for some reason, it is not recommended to do so?
Also, if I can, do I need to fill in specific form and send together with I-797? what form it is going to be? or just write what I want in a plain paper?
