Made an inquiry about the status of my I-765 and was told that i was supposed to have my biometrics appointment aug 2016 but i never receive any notification or mail from them. So they then told me i have to wait again for another appt. But they told me also that my Employment Authorization was approved October 2016. What does that mean? No biometrics yet but already approved? Has anyone experienced the same?

Walk in
Go in to any of biometrics in your area they will see you. Walk with any docs you have as prove l et them know What happen. I765 takes about 3 mos or less if u haven't recieve your card yet open a service request. Sometimes you don't need the bio or they may be waiting on it to mail your card.
Just go in the fingerprinting can see you -
