Apologies - Very new user with specific question - I-485 concurrent I-765

I am filing for an I-485, concurrently, with a number of other forms.
I am also filing I-765, in addition with form I-485, Employment Authorization...

Question 15 piques my interest...
Should I fill that out with the CURRENT status - CURENT I 485 REQUEST....
or apply with the "wishful thought" of the I-485 approval... adjustment status of- "permanent resident"?
