My LC(EB2) and I-140 got approved. Also my I-485 is pending for more than 6 months (concurrent filing). Not sure whether I should use AC21 rule ? My employer is not happy when I told him that I have plans to take up a permanent position somewhere else. I took some legal advice over the phone. I am still not sure whether I should do it or not. The reason is I don't know the exact description of the job profile that my employer gave on LC. I don't have copy of it. I only know the O*NET classification number that was used. What are the implications if I switch my job now using AC21 ? Has anyone gone through this ? Any help will be highly appreciated.
