Hello.
I filed for i485, i765, i130 on February 3rd. Center: Chicago
USCIS acknowledged the submission receipt on February 6th.
USCIS Request for Initial Evidence for i485 on February 27th.
USCIS acknowledged the receipt of Initial Evidence on March 13th.
USCIS Request for i693 on March 20th. This said that I will not need to send it in until they tell me to.
Biometrics appointment on March 23rd.
So far nothing else.
I am on OPT and it expires early June. I was hoping to get my i765 before my OPT expired.
I am not sure whether to apply for the OPT extension (it's a form i765 as well) or not.
Do any of you think this can cause issues if I submit two i765? Should I file for OPT extension?
Any help would be truly appreciated.
