Today we went for the interview and the officer said that she is going to send us the decision in 1 month.What does it mean?Can they said "No"to us?

They can say "YES" or "No" they are the only ones who know how they evaluated you. Speculation at this point is only going to get your blood pressure up! Especially since its all out of your hands right now. Just have faith in a positive outcome and wait to hear back from them. Goodluck!!!
PS: I do understand how it is easier to say relax, but really it is the best thing you can do. Always have that mentality that anything that is thrown at you, you can deal with will address.
