I completed my interview, marriage based 1 485 on 04/5/2017*** the officer stated that everything looked great but she just needed to do a background check...

How long do you think i will have to wait..

That's what I am a little curious about. Im in the same situation, Im in AL. I had interview on sept 2016 - recently I made info pass interview and they told me my case was sent back to them from FBI for background check? So what the biometrics at first for?? Also, I have to re-do my biometric and medicalexam in order to have decision on my case...

The officer told me that my Medical was good. Also my affidavit...
So I don't know what the wait time is..... Its crazy..
