Hi,
My I-485 went to RFE and one of the documents being requested related to birth certificate. I changed my name during 3rd of engineering. So all the documents - from my birth certificate till 3rd of Engineering will have my old name. From 4th year of my college onwards, I have my new name. While submitting initial set of documents, I sent my birth certificate and a copy of gazette page that had the name change notification. Now I got RFE requesting for one of the below.

1) If born in a city, submit a photocopy of a birth certificate issued by Local Registrar
2) If born in a Village, submit a photocopy of a birth certificate issued by additional district Registrar's office
3) If above name person has completed grade 10 or higher, also submit a photocopy of their education board certificate.
Also, it says - birth certificate must show timely registration, date and place of birth, and Parent's names. In addition, the document must contain the seal of the issuing office including the date of registration and signature of the registrar.
If birth certificate does not list the name of both mother and father, secodary evidence must be submitted to establish parentage.

Now, since I changed my name during 3rd year of Engineering, my 10th grade certificate still has old name only. While responding, I'm thinking to resend my birth certificate, Gazette copy, all my mark sheets (from 10th till end of engineering) and secondary evidence.
Are these documents sufficient? Please suggest, If I should think about sending something more on top of it.
