I was working as postdoc until dec 2015. I am unemployed for 1 year and currently on O3 dependent visa. My EB1A self-petition recently got approved. My wife is on O1 visa and currently a research scientist for a start up. She will also be filing adjustment of status based on my approved I-140 petition. I will be filing I-487 and I-765. I was able to get a potential employment letter. I am confused how to present my case. Do I need to submit my wife's employment status as means of financial support? I would greatly appreciate any advice regarding supportive documentation.
