I-485 from L-1A | RFE submitted
Hi everyone,
I was expecting a smooth process, while I see the road it is still a little bit bumpy.
I am in the US on L-1 A; I filed for I-140 and I-485 at the same time on Dec. 2015
I-140 approved 02/26/17. After that I received an RFE which I replied to and USCIS acknowledged receipt on 04/08/17
Have you guys any idea how long the road still is? I am still employed by the original employer.
