Any Florida interviews waiting to be scheduled? I-485

My husband is filling for my adjustment of status I485. My PD was November 8th, 2016 and yet no response on when my interview will be scheduled. We live in Fort Myers, and our interview may be on the USCIS new office here or in the one in Tampa.

Don't worry.. it takes around 1 year to get your interview data. I'm from West Palm Beach and just got my data

I'm still waiting on my interview too. I sent a service request. They said, they will give me a response with the next 60 days. So, I have from 11 of April until the 11 of June. Hopefully, I'll get my interview soon or they will make their final decision before the 11th of June. By the way my PD was October 15th. I did recieved a RFE. I think that may have delayed my case a little. Waiting though.

When is your PD? Some cases they are pretty fast but most of people in South Florida is waiting around a year to do the interview.

I got a receipt on September/16 and still waiting for a decision! I'm also from Florida-Fort Lauderdale.

Marriage-Based AOS May Filer

Hi!

I am also from Florida. What was your RFE for?

RFE was on I-765 for copy of Marriage Certificate (which was filed with original AOS paperwork for both I-485 and I-765). I guess it was misplaced or something.

My brother's pd was march 6 for his adjustment of status I485.

His interview is on December 7. He lives in wpb

I don't know how they would lose it if it was all stapled together.. It wonders me why they would send RFE for something we already sent

Yes. Married in the state of Florida. It’s not uncommon with USCIS to send RFE for documents already submitted. Ive seen many other instances on this and other forums where people have experienced the same issue. Have you received an RFE as well?

Nope!! not yet. I just submitted last week. got my text/email last night

Waiting 11 Months Now...

My wife filed at the Ft Myers office on August 17, 2017. We only just received her EAD and Travel Authorization this month. Still nothing on the Green Card...
