  • I-765 not submitted but ready for 1-485 interview

    Hi everyone,
I am a mexican married to a US citizen

I submitted I-130, I-485 and I-864 on December 21, this is my timeline

2016/12/21 - Concurrent Filing sent to USCIS Chicago via USPS Mail (0 days)
2016/12/24 - USPS Certified Tracking indicates delivery to USCIS (3 days)
2017/01/23 - USCIS Notices of Receipt for each application received via USPS Mail (32 days)
2017/01/25 - USCIS Notice of Biometrics Appointment received via USPS Mail (34 days)
    2017/02/10 - Biometrics Appointment (38 days)
2017/02/17 - Case is ready for be scheduled for interview

My question is I did not submit form I-765 is this a problem for the interview, I hear
everyone taking EAD to it. I was informed that I-765 would take the same time as Green card so
    it was not really necessary..

Thanks in advance for your answers.

Nope. Whether to apply for an EAD or not is entirely your choice, and has no bearing on I485 interview/adjudication.
Just an opinion; Not legal advice.
