Anyone know where to take ADIT picture in Dallas, TX.

Around here (SF Bay) everyone who takes passport photos also takes "green card" (as they usually call them) photos. Call them and ask.

It wouldn't hurt to know the requirements yourself so you can make sure they do it right:
