form i325A
hello
on the road to green card everything seems to be going well, except for having to do new medical exams that the CDC now requests as mandatory since we filled my application.
however i am now drawing a blank here and could use some help - we were also requested an updated form i325 A for my husband (he´s the us citizen, not me).
last line of said form requests that the applicant PRINT IS NAME AND ALIEN REGISTRATION NUMBER - do i have to sign anything or does that not apply here since he is the one filling that particular form in support of me and my form i130 (along with all the other paperwork).
its a really silly question and i apologise, we did this before but somehow managed to not take a take of the initial form for our records and are presently wondering how to do this one.
