what does PD means? sorry just confused whether its the priority date or package delivered to uscis.

here is my timeline:

Feb 14-mailed appli
Feb 16-rcvd by uscis
Feb 27-txt/email notif
March 4- rcvd receipt notice thru mail
March 10-biometrics appointment rcvd
March 22-biometrics DONE
March 27-Case ready to be scheduled for interview

which processing center ???? And yes your PD is the date when USCIS received your application.
