I am originally from Venezuela and we are given 2 last names, first is my fathers last name and second is my mothers last name. Here in the US I only use my fathers last name, but for immigration forms is it ok to use only my fathers last name? It ask for Family name not "names". In my passport shows 2 last names. I recently began the process and I got my medical examination and I only put my fathers last name under Family name. I just want to make sure.
