Hello,
I moved to USA on a L1B visa and subsequently changed to L1A. Under L1A, I have an approved I-140 and recently applied for I-485 (We did not apply concurrently, because my wife was out of USA for a long duration at the time). We have had our bio-metrics completed, EAD and Advance parole approved.
We received an RFE for I-485 asking for additional documentation related to birth certificates. My questions :
1. How likely is that we will get our Green Cards? I have had answers ranging from "Slam dunk" to "50-50".
2. Is there a chance that we might get another RFE?
3. How long does it take for USCIS to respond to the RFE?
4. Is there any effect if I change my employer immediately after getting my Green Card approval? (when we apply for citizenship etc)
