Help Needed
Please I will like to know when you are suppose to file the I864 and I693? I just sent in my package today with I130, I485 and I765.
On the I864, my husband didn't file his taxes in 2014, 2015 because he didn't make enough to file (below the poverty guideline) but he filed in 2016, should I still use him as my sponsor or get someone else? or use him and get a joint sponsor? then what forms should I use?
