    Marriage Joint Filing or Separate Filing?

    Hello everyone,

    I have question and hope you guys could give me an answers, advices or suggestions.

    Should we file Marriage Joint Filing or Separate Filing (2016 Tax), we just filed our AOS (USC Spouse), by the way I am not working. I have an SSN from my previous company, long time ago.

    Irrespective of whether you filed AOS or not, I would recommend filing jointly, since that gives you the greatest tax benefits.
