please my spouse did not meet the 125% poverty guild line who also did not file his tax for 2 year because his income was below the IRS required level but as the intended immigrate currently unemployed I have a certificate of deposit back in my country which can be equivalent to about $25,000,can I used it without any issue? and can it be use without a co sponsor?

Are u saying it ok to use because its 5 times over the deficiency income, will I have any issue using it?
