Hi! I'm trying to get together the supporting documents that we will need to send with form I-864 (Affidavit of Support)for the sponsor and the joint sponsor and I would like if somebody could tell me if this are all the documents I need or if there is more.
- Employment letter (Sponsor)
- Copy Federal Income tax return from last 3 years( Sponsor and Joint Sponsor ) ( I'm not sure if we need to send all the pages which are a lot or only some of them, can somebody explain this to me?)
- IRS transcripts (Sponsor and Joint Sponsor )
- Copy of form W-2 from last 3 years (Sponsor and Joint Sponsor)
- State income tax returns (Sponsor and Joint Sponsor)
Our joint sponsor it's going to be my father in law, do we need to send also his passport or birth certificate?
