Apply for parent of citizen

Hello,

I am citizen and applied for my mothers green card a few years ago and all went well (thank Gd!!)

Now I would like to apply for my father but I can't seem to find the checklist of documents needed, fees and the instructions etc ....
Can you please help me out?
