My Process so far. National Benefit Center is handling my case
F1 Student, Visa Expired 2016
Feb 21, 2017: Got married to USC
March 23, 2017: Mailed paperwork via UPS March 27, 2017. UPS delivered paperwork
April 13, 2017: Received email and text message confirmation (USCIS website shows they received the document on March 27, 2017)
April 13, 2017: USCIS mailed Request for evidence for I 485 (income was not enough) April 15, 2017: Received Biometrics notice. Appointment was April 24, 2017.
April 24, 2017 Biometrics appointment Elizabeth NJ. My ID did not have my hyphenated name. I was given an open appointment to come back Monday- Friday between 8am-2pm.
April 28, 2017: Went back to complete Biometrics
April 28, 2017: Responded and mailed out RFE.
