My green card priority date is March-2010 and it is under process as EB2. In April 2012, my priority date became current and I submitted the I-435 form along with EAD form (I-735) & Advance Parole form (I-131). While I was submitting all these forms, my wife was in India and I couldn't do it for her. After one month, priority date went back but I did receive the EAD & advance parole card. Since then, whenever EAD & Advance Parole expire, I'll submit the forms (I-735 & I-131) for the renewal.
Till now, I'm continuing working on my H1B and wife is in the USA with H4.
I'm about to change the employer and start new job with new employer on EAD. Once I go on EAD then my wife's H4 will become invalid and she will go out of status. My question is what all options I've so that my wife can continue staying in the USA once I take new job on EAD.
