Hello everyone,

I am seeking some information. We filed all the above and sent in medical. It was received November 16, 2016. To date only received receipt I797C and nothing else. We checked with our banks and the checks were cashed. Can anyone give any suggestions on how to proceed?

Can you say how long this takes? It's almost 6 months on May 3.

You are now past the normal point when a Biometrics (fingerprinting) appointment is scheduled.

You should check status of the receipt numbers for the I-485 and I-765 on the USCIS status page at: https://egov.uscis.gov/casestatus/landing.do
If anything seems inconclusive about the status messages, it might be advisable to schedule an in-person appointment by going to: https://my.uscis.gov/appointment
