Which section to submit I-765 under?

I'm doing the AoS for my spouse. We're doing the 485 and 130. Last year he graduated and received his Masters. He got his OPT. His OPT is about to expire. Originally I was assuming to submit the 765 under the category (3)(c)(B) but now I'm second guessing myself. Which category is the appropriate one for my situation?
