I-485 Fingerprint Fee was received - Nebraska
Hi All,
I've been waiting now for 9 months on my I-485 to get approved at the Nebraska Service Center. See my timeline (EB-2):
07-22-2016 AOS I-485 I-765 and I-131 filed with USCIS for foreign national and family.
07-25-2016 AOS On July 25, 2016, we received your fingerprint fee for your Form I-485...
08-08-2016 I-140 Received I-140 Approval Notice from USCIS
08-17-2016 AOS Received Biometric Appointment notice
08-17-2016 AOS Received I-485 Receipt from USCIS
09-27-2016 EAD Received advance parole EADs
Ever since I have not heard anything from USCIS related to the I-485. Someone in the same situation? My lawyer already filed another AdPar and EAD package just in case my case is not approved before EAD expires. Case number LIN162075 YYYY . Please share your thoughts.
