I-864 question

Hello to all

My sister in law is petitioning for my husband because my income is under the 125 %. Does she need to send 3 recent year of income tax returns and W2's or just the recent year 2005 only? If it's 3 recent tax year (2003, 2004, 2005), on one of the income tax she filled as jointly. But the other 2 it's only her that worked. Does the husband has to fille the I-864a? He only worked for 2 or 3 months. And what about if it's only my sister in law that's sponsoring my husband and the husband doesn't want to. Can she use her income only?

No, ..if her husabnd's income is also going to b eused (regardless of how long he worked0 he also has to sign the I-864.........an dits 3 yrs incom etax returns...........BTW if your spouse works.........his income can also be used
