i-130 Approved, medical exams requested for I-485
Hi guys, i need help!!
i want to know how long does it take for uscis to make a final decision on i-485.
This is my timeline...
I-130,I-485 concurrent filing....... June 25,2015
Interview Day...........................Janu 20 2016.
At the interview the OI requested for an updated version of my
prior marriage divorce doc. which i didn't have cos my divorce
was in 2014 and it was still the old version being issued
(same as how uscis update their forms sometimes)
so my attorney responded with the newer version on ........Oct 20, 2016,
since then we never heard anything from them after numerous attempt.
Then on April 6, 2017 we got an approval on the I-130 but they requested
for a newer medicals exams since the first one is over 1 year. "YOU MUST PROVIDE THE FOLLOWING IN ORDER FOR US TO MAKE A FINAL DECISION ON YOUR CASE"
Attorney responded to the rfe on....... April 15 2017 and still haven't heard anything.
My question is how long should i expect the FINAL decision from uscis after
sending the medicals and does it sound like i should expect my GC anytime
soon or rather expect another interview. Am confused guys anyone in my boat.
And does the word Final decision means "APPROVED/DENIED or it could also mean
another interview cos i think if there's going to be another interview they wouldn't
use the word Final decision OR, i stand to be corrected if am wrong?????
Any ideas plssssss
