I am currently residing in USA on L1 Visa. My L1 Visa is going to expire after one year. My wife who is on L2 Visa has also got EAD. she is currently in search of job.
I know L1 to Green card is sponsored by the company. I need to know the following
1. Which all forms, I need to fill to convert L1 to Green card. my understanding states that I need to fill : I-140, I-485 and I-693. Please suggest - if I need to fill any other forms as well
2. How much fee, do I need to pay in case I apply with my wife. Please give detailed information.
3. If I decide that my wife applies for Green card post receipt of my green card then what process do I need to complete
