Should I Make An Inquiry?

I already got my Combo Card on April 8, 2017.

But these 2 applications are still way behind and not updated.
I-485 - On January 9, 2017, we accepted the fingerprint fee for your Form I-485, Application to Register Permanent Residence or to Adjust Status, Receipt Number MSC YYYY YYYY XX. ~
I-130 - On December 23, 2016, we received your Form I-130, Petition for Alien Relative, Receipt Number MSC YYYY YYYY XX, and sent you the receipt notice that describes how we will process your case. ~

Some people have their cases Ready to be Scheduled for an interview in just weeks/months. But ours is about to go 5th month this May 23rd.

Should we contact them and ask or should we need to wait until next month to make it 6months and we'll do e-request outside normal processing.

Or should we make an InfoPass?

It used to be 6 months, but now it takes them a year to process those applications, you might not hear anything until next year. I filed on APril 2016 and heard from them on April 2017.

My i-1330 and i-131 still says we have received your forms December 21st etc etc but I've had my advanceparole for over a month now an drew have my green card but it never got updated online. My lawyer told me generally her cases are taking 7 months typically to get an interview notice our case was just very quick

To get a general idea of processing times go to the "USCIS Processing Time Information"

From there you can see what is the last updated processing time for each type of application (i-485‚ i-130 etc...) by office. Some applications are by field office (i-485 for example) and some by service center or National Benefits Center (i-765).

There are exceptions to every rule of course and some cases will be scheduled ahead of time‚ but looking at the dates for your case type and office will give you an idea what to expect. If you are past the date indicated then your are outside of normal processing time‚ otherwise you are considered to be in normal processing time. What that time is varies by location.
