    here is all the forms i have put together.

    G-1145........e-Notification of Application/Petition Acceptance
    I-130.........Petition for Alien Relative
    I-130A.................Supplemental Information for Spouse Beneficiary
    I-765............ Application for Employment Authorization
    I-485...............Adjust Status
    G-325A........... Biographic Information
    I-864..... Affidavit of support.
    Marriage Certificate
    Visa Page
    Birth certificate(both couple)
    I-94.

    please can some help out the breakdown for the payment and if am good to go with all the forms

    You need two checks to "U.S. Department of Homeland Security," for $535 and $1,225.
    You also need an immigrant medical exam on form I-693 in a sealed envelope.

        I have heard that G-325 form has been replaced but I am not sure with which form. It even says that it has expires in 2015. Can anyone verify that?

        Forms received 6/4
        Received texts/e-mails 6/6
        PD 6/5 & 6/6
        NOA between 6/8 and 6/12 (I was out of town)
        Biometrics letter in mail 6/17 w/ 6/28 date
        SR 9/2
        Contacted Congressman 10/1
        Called the Congressman's office 10/10
        Interview letter 10/10
        Approval Letters for I-765 and I-131 10/16
        Received EAD/AP card 10/17
        Interview 11/8 RFE after
        New Card Being Produced 11/16
        Conditional GC received 11/24

          I think you mean G-325A?
          With the new forms you do not need to complete a G-325A for the petitioner because the new I-130 will suffice. You'll still need one along with I-485 for the beneficiary.

                  Two for the I-4895 G-325A form
                  Two for the I-765 form
                  Two for the I-131 form

                      The I-485 and I-765 forms are being submitted for the beneficiary/entrant.
                      The I-130 is submitted by the U.S. citizen, but needs photos for each.
