Please help. Filing for I-485 but don't have DS-2019 from 10 years ago

I and my wife used to have J-1 visa in 2006 (it's stamped on our visa pages that we are not subject to 2 year rule). After 2006, we're in our home country until 2012. Right now, we are in USA. I'm on H1B and my wife is on H4 and we are filing our I-485. We have copies of our J-1 pages with stamps but we've lost our DS-2019. I've heard the cases that USCIS might ask for a copy of DS-2019. I've contacted the agency that issued our DS-2019 but they refused to print the docs out for us and only gave us the letter to certify that we used to hold DS-2019 (with the SEVIS number). I've contacted SEVIS and they also refused to print the docs. I don't know what I should do so I would like to ask for you advice in the case that I got RFE. What are the options I have? Can USCIS check with SEVIS directly if I provide my SEVIS ID? Please kindly advise.
