Hello,
I am a UK citizen applying for an EB1 (C) Multi National Manager. USCIS received my application in Jan 2017, my family and I had biometrics in March and received employment card / advanced parole also in March. Now our status has changed to "Initial Review". What does this mean? Also, waiting times for this Green Card seems to be 14 months, has anyone seen any cases shorter than this?
