Not Sure what you can do, but if you need to find a good attorney here is a good place to start. Reviews on lawyers are included. Wish you the best

      Hi,

The same happened to me and the issue will be on the form they send back with all papers.
Mine said I was missing a couple pages and payment info was incorrect.

Don't worry until you receive the papers back from Immigration. All instructions will be there.

And now they are taking care of march 2011

I called they said it probably take 5 more years

My biggest problem is" why the jugde tell me to send it
Maybe the jugde can do something

I don't think the IJ gave you the correct advice or instructions.

Do you think you can win your asylum case? Perhaps you can get residency sooner that way

Otherwise, the longer your asylum case drags on, the longer you can stay before having to leave and get an immigrant visa abroad

I am not sure what dates you are talking about. If you are talking about the wait for visa numbers before you can apply to immigrate, it's more than 5 years. You have not provided enough information to tell what category you are. If you are an unmarried over-21 child of a permanent resident, you are in the F2B category. If you are an unmarried over-21 child of a citizen, you are in the F1 category. If you are a married child of a citizen, you are in the F3 category. For F2B, they have visa numbers now for priority dates in Oct 2010 for people born in most countries (Feb 1996 for people born in Mexico; Aug 2006 for people born in the Philippines). For F1, they have visa numbers now for priority dates in Dec 2010 for people born in most countries (Jun 1995 for people born in Mexico; Feb 2006 for people born in the Philippines). For F3, they have visa numbers now for priority dates in Jun 2005 for people born in most countries (Jan 1995 for people born in Mexico; Sep 1994 for people born in the Philippines).

This is my personal opinion and is not to be construed as legal advice.

So it's at best Dec 2010, which is about 6.5 years.
