If you're on a student visa (To go to school for 2 years) you meet someone you fall love with a few months later. And decide to act quickly, in other words marry him so that you won't have to leave him and the country once the 2 year school program is over.
What's the fastest/best way of processing?
1. Get married and Stay married for two years, then apply for a greencard
(this will be a permanent greencard because you've been married for two
years right right?)
or
2. Get married, and after a few weeks apply for a greencard (that'll most
likely be a conditional greencard because it was processed within 2 years
of marriage). and then wait for 2 years to get a permanent card.
