Has any of you ever seen this online update after an rfe? What do you think it may mean. I have not received the mail.

Thank you! After some patience I received the letter. It was an NOID, unfortunately.

I had an RFE regarding j1 2 year home residency requirement. I initially believed I complied to the rule. I came to the US for a 2 months internship while a student in France. After the internship, i returned to France for 5 years and completed my studies there. After my time in France I worked in another European country for a few years.
I then came to the US on a H1B and applied for the AOS.
I never returned to my country nationality, but I resided continuously in France Before and after I entered the US on the J1.
When the RFE came, I thought the easiest route was to simply apply for a no objection waiver, which I was lucky to get by the time the RFE deadline passed. So I submitted the waiver as a response to the RFE.

Now the NOID say I am ineligible because the waiver was approved after I applied for the green card.
I wonder if giving proof that I resided in France immediately before the J1 and return to France for more than 2 years after the J1 would be of any value at all to reply to the NOID. Otherwise, I would need to reapply after they send their final decision of denial and lose all the money and time invested in this...
