Update - Finger Print Done

Attempt twice early walk in at the end of May but failed. Today they take me in as just 1 day b/f my scheduled appt and they r not busy. So as saying, the center is not busy after lunch time. Just be patient and try as many as you can. I believe everyday count.

Hi all,

I'm a Chicago filer. My husband is USC, I'm on F-1 and working under OPT. I'm filling through lawyer and have every USCIS mails delivered to my lawyer's office address instead of mine. So any date listed below of MAIL notice is the date that the lawyer office notify me what they received. Please do your own judgement since lawyer office might delay few days to tell us other than the actual mail delivered date. Here is my time line.

Forms: 130, 485, 765, 864

Package mailed via USPS: 5/09/17
Delivery at Chicago lockbox: 5/10/17
Email & text Notifications: 5/16/17 for all forms
Mail Notifications: 5/24 for all forms (from Lawyer)
Priority Date: 5/10/17
Notice Date: 5/15/17
Biometric NOA received: 05/26/2017 with scheduled appt on 06/08/2017
REF: 05/30/17 Status changed to mailed out an REF. My lawyer said they will take care of it. So don't know what's going on now.
Bimetric Done: 06/07/17

Update .. biometrics done !!

I was worried about my receipts that i didn't recieve and i may have an appointment date that i don't know about !!
So i emailed my lawyer 3:00 am 6/7/2017
Guess what !!
8:00 am i got an email from her telling me that she got all the receipt !!
The most shocking is that i have biometrics apt tomorrow 6/8/2017 9:00 am !!!
I jumped from bed don't know what to do !! Tomorrow morning i have a very important apt !
Finally i decided to do it the same day ..
i dressed up , took the car heading to the service center , walked in and they accepted me !
Biometrics done before the scheduled date .!!

Forms i-130 , i-131 , i-485 , i-765
Got notice of reciept for i-130 ONLY 5/22/2017
I didnot recieve notice if receipt for the other forms by mail or by email !!!
Priority date 5/15/2017
Since then i receive nothing from them !!
What should i do ??
My i-94 is about to expire in 5 days !! After that i will be out of status !! Or what ??
I called them last week they say nothing .. call us after one week .. one week passed i didnot recieve
Any thing and i called them again today they saied wait one more week !!?
Any one have answer ??

The status says "We will mail you a decision or notify you if we need something from you." Is that mean, the next status would be either interview schedule or another RFE? Which would be a longer wait than the previous steps? If so, how long it usually to have an update after this?

some said RFEs made their process longer some said otherwise. So, i think it really depends on the officer who's handling the case.

They asked about Employment Authorization. I am on H1B and decided to sponsor myself, they asked for my I94 with Employment Authorization on it.

Biometrics done, waiting for RFE Notice

Went for biometrics today at Miami Field Office, George attended to me very friendly guy. It took less than 10mins.

Received RFE notice by Email last Friday June 9, wondering how long before they mail me the RFE notice. I have a feeling it's my son's birth certificate I was not able to include it in my packet.

I was surprised. One of the people I met in a forum already has a status of "ready for interview" after doing her biometrics last June 5. That's so quick! Good for her! Hehe hoping for the best for all of us!

Hoping to get the biometrics appointment soon since it appears that everything has been done rather fast. I am a Chicago filer.

Hoping for no RFE's and I've been having nightmares already that I do get an RFE list hahah and I do not know how to provide the evidence
