Wanted to ask you if you have a priority date for I-765?
I have for I-130 and I-485 but none for I-765.

Also I can't go on the 13th since I will be traveling from 12 till 17.
I am gonna try to do a walk in today and see maybe they will accept me.
Let's update each other with new info.

I am not sure if I will be able to answer your questions but did you send G-1145 attached to the I-765 form? I believe that I-765 has the same priority date as I-485. Same with I-131. I've been reading that people get the I-765 EAD card and the I-131 travel document within 3-4 months. The green card happens almost a year after you start the process.

Whoever knows the answers, correct me if I am wrong. I sent my packet 6/2 and they received it 6/4. Hoping to get e-mail and SMS notification and then the I-797 receipt. Not looking forward to having the checks cashed but that means that everything is moving forward. Hopefully I will get the biometrics in soon since I have done biometric twice already for when I was applying and renewing DACA.

im so happy just came back from my biometrics at the harlingen tx field office. place was empty they took us in early

about 2:30 appointment was at 3:00 was out by 2:45

so whats next? i guess just wait.

I sent my package all together.
I had 3 files. One for 130, second for 485 and third for 765.
I included a G-1145 with 130 and 485.
Usually you need only one for the whole package. I included 2 just in case. Cause when they receive it at Lockbox they are sorting the things out for you and send it to the right department. And they are the ones who send you the email and SMS. So they know all those forms are from the same person.
After you receive the notices in the mail you can go online and create an account, add your cases number and set it up that you continue to receive email and SMS notifications.

Why I asked about 765 PD is because i received 3 sms, 3 emails, 3 notices and I had 3 files.
And on 485 and 130 it says the PD and nothing for 765.
Probably and more than likely they are the same as 485.

Was just curious if anybody else has it. Just for information

I am trying to go earlier cause I can;t on the date of the appointment. And if you do early walk in it doesn't change the time frame.

And yes only you need to go for the biometrics.

received text; on May 25 (form 797)
received letter for Biometrics yesterday (june 05 2017)

You can do a cashier check from your bank, thats what i did

its a little more expensive than a money order($10 wellsfargo) but its a easier way

I used one cashiers check from bank of America for $1,760.

They told me to try on Friday.
I will try Thursday and Friday though.
Really can't make it on 13th.

You can do checks too.
But make sure if you do checks or money order do 2 of them.
One for 535$ for the I-130
And one for 1225$ for the I-485 and biometrics fee.
This is how I did it and it was just fine.
And if you make a mistake on one of the forms they wont return your whole package but only one part so they will keep working on the other part.
At least that's what I know and read on couple other forums.

Update and questions

My husband just finished his biometrics on 6/1. We got notice from USCIS on the same day that he needed to do the medical exam I-693 (we didn't submit it with our original forms) for the AOS. The letter told us not to submit anything yet: they said they will send a letter letting us know if they will want us to bring it to the interview or mail it to them if interview is not needed. I am curious if anyone got anything similar and if this is normal...

Email Notifications: 5/8/17 for 130, 485, 765
Mail Notifications: 5/11 for 485, 765 (missing mail receipt for 130)
Priority Date: 5/2/17

Biometrics Notice Date: 5/17/17
Biometrics Date: 6/1/17
RFE for Medical Exam: 6/1/17 but don't send it in - must wait futher instructions

Got notice of reciept for i-130 ONLY 5/22/2017
I didnot recieve notice if receipt for the other forms by mail or by email !!!
Priority date 5/15/2017
Since then i receive nothing from them !!
What should i do ??
My i-94 is about to expire in 5 days !! After that i will be out of status !! Or what ??
I called them last week they say nothing .. call us after one week .. one week passed i didnot recieve
Any thing and i called them again today they saied wait one more week !!?
Any one have answer ??

If you submitted it on Monday you can join us on the June Submission Thread. I sent my applications Friday 6/2 and it was delivered 6/4. I received text and email notification last night 6/6 at 11:19 that my case was received and I will be receiving I-797. I got four texts and e-mails with 4 varying case numbers. I am guessing that it is for I-130, I-485, I-131 and I-765. I sent two checks from my checking account.

I think you will be fine. I just don't understand why people are afraid to send checks.
Anyway I remember you showed me an example of a cover letter when I was getting my package ready.
I thought you already sent it all in cause you were almost done with yours when I started to get mine ready.
I hope we all get results.
I went yesterday for a biometrics walk in and they didn't took me.
Will try again tomorrow and Friday hopefully they will.
