Got My Interview Notice Today!

Hope this helps! I got my interview notice today!

Field Office - Baltimore
PD - August 9th 2016
Interview notice - today May 15th 2017 & case status changed to Interview is scheduled
Interview date - June 14th 2017

I think what helped a lot is that I sent them a case inquiry! Their automated reply was that will reply by May 16th. So today they've scheduled my interview.

If you go to uscis website you can check your case status with your receipt number and you can also submit a case inquiry (you gonna need your case number, date you filed, etc). After that they sent you an automatic reply that they will look up the case status and reply by a certain date (they told me by May 16th, I submitted that case inquiry about a month ago). So what they do is pull up your case, I guess, to see where they are at with it...
At least that helped me with my work permit. I submitted an inquiry and got my permit right away.. So I would do it, it won't hurt!
