10000 applications in front of you just relax.
you and me it is a same time.
TSC finish their job around 1000 per quarter. If they still doing the same. We have to wait at least 10 quarters it is mean 2.5 years from now.

Normally when the case is moved from TSC to NSC, there should be a notification alert on the case as well as they should be sending the letter saying it has been transferred.

Did you get any mail regarding the transfer ?

Did you ask when it was transferred (How long ago) ?

You know NSC is very fast, even if it was transferred, it shouldn't take this long.

I guess you need to talk to Tier-2 customer service If you don't have enough details.

Hey thank you for your reply.

No I did not get any mail regarding the transfer , when I asked the exact date of transfer, the operator said it has been a year since it was transferred and did not give a date.

Yeah I was hoping that too that NSC is fast and I should hear from them soon if the case has been with them for a year.

Anyways how do I get in touch with a Tier 2 customer service?

See uscis fiscal year when you applied the whole Texas was around 14000 applicants are pending and so far they finished only 3000 applications. Which mean they have to finish people in front of you.

You may use this link to find out how many applications were pending by the end of the 2nd quarter in 2018 when you applied and then check every quarter after that to see how many applications were processed already.

I think your calculations are for people who applied in March 2019 not for March 2018

My family applied on March 2018 and they got their GC on October 2018. All of them processed in TSC.
I applied just before they've got it, in September 2018. And I'm still waiting...

You should give'em a call to USCIS to see what's happening

                          • How can that be right? I do that math with the amount of pending applications minus the number of applications processed last year at TSC (5449) it would take around five years to get mine approved? I refuse to believe that lol

Call the USCIS customer service number and talk to the real person and say you have to talk to the supervisor regarding your issue. They will be transferring it if not you can hang up and call them until you find the right person.

Zidane Your family was very lucky and happy for them.

But now the situation is really going out of hands like we are looking 3 years minimum for GC.
