seriously, hearing that I might wait up to 4 years is not a good news for me. It's very good that she's finally received her GC, but the fact she had to wait 4 years should make us freak out..

The good thing we all know now is the cases are been processed at TSC during this pandemic.

I don’t think you can submit case inquiry until you already passed the date for case inquiry on USCIS website, today you can send request if you applied before December 25th 2017 . I tried to submit a case inquiry online and by calling USCIS for my I-730 but couldn’t until they passed my application date. And even after that nothing happened when I submitted inquiries . I contacted the senator early in February and still my case is pending.

I applied in December 2018 but in Nebraska not Texas. My lawyer doesn’t even care . I don’t contact him anymore.

I think it may vary where you are from. Where is your husband from?

I received my I-730 approval in 5 months.
