i485 Delay
Perhaps if you have a friend living in one of the states under NSC's jurisdiction and they let you receive mails at their address, you could update your address with USCIS and TSC will transfer your file to NSC, and expect a much quicker response given that NSC has progressed well beyond your priority date. Factoring in what Vitamin1984 said, if it takes NSC 3 to 4 months to process asylum-based green cards, then they are probably approving those who applied in March/April this year. Any earlier date one sees on USCIS processing times for NSC probably reflects a long-pending case delayed by factors such as pending background checks, RFEs etc.

. Case says " Fingerprint received". Never raised SR. Service center is TEXAS (SRC). Moved California few months ago. As of today , Texas is processing August 2016. They went back. How will changing state affects my A05 case?. Anyone please share their views.
