It looks they are working on the first quarter of 2019 but, they are super slow. Also, I noticed they working the most on I-765 not I-485 which causing the delay.
when did you applied?
Mostly 2018 and 2017 cases got approved.
I have even seen the 2016 March case got approved couple of weeks back.
That's how bad TSC is doing when compared to NSC
I am keeping my finger crossed.........Last edited by luckycharm4111; 06-03-2020, 03:23 PM.

You will never get 100% correct info anywhere. I saw some reports regarding the work load says that they processed some applications within 7 months, some with 18 months and some 24 months. There is no such clear policy to determine how long it will take. Really this is ridiculous. Those members who filed in TSC, we should take an action at least we should have a plan to contact our congressmen at same time to raise up a same complain format regarding what is going on USCIS TSC Processing Center as this is not fair, USCIS under same country and same work policy then why it is different form office to anther office. It is not our problem that they process more I- 765 in TSC. Only it is not the right time to do that right now. Once Covid 19 situation is cleared we all together TSC applicant have to do something. I faced the same situation in my asylum case, it was kept pending over 5 years until I complain to my Congressman. I wish other members share ideas about what we can do as well.

One more thing we should not forget that we are in a stage where we are cursing the system for processing slow but at the same time we should also feel so lucky that we have approved cases unlike people who are still waiting for there results for there cases.
I know wait is hard but we all know in the end we are all gonna be shining with our GREEN CARDS.

Wrong Nebraska has more case than Taxas. If you see how many case Nebraska finished and how many case Texas finished.

My Case History:
November 2017 - Asylum approved
December 2018 - Applied for I-485 at Texas Service Center
Since then all I see in the status is "Fingerprint fee was Received" till this current day (Let me know if it is normal, asked it before and people said it's normal). I had No Biometrics, No RFE, or any update at all so far.
Lately few others who applied on the same timeline are finally getting their green card from TSC and I'm happy for them. Hopefully, mine is not far away as well. Good Luck Everyone and thanks

I totally agree with it. For some applicants, the waiting period or shall I say LOST time is more than 2 years. If they could count those years as years of residency for Citizenship, that will be a great relief. If we can get this plan into motion, count me in. Thank you for bringing this up.

FEB 2019 case got RFE
At last USCIS has started working on 2019 cases which is good for us so that we can keep some hopes about our cases getting processed.
God help us all !!!Last edited by luckycharm4111; 06-04-2020, 08:25 AM.
