      Thank you !!

THANKS!!! My online status first changed to "Response to RFE received by USCIS" ten days ago. After ten days, my status changed to "card being produced" and on the same day changed to "Case is approved."

Wait a couple more days, based on the experiences on this forum, you will hear the good news within 15 days max after they receive the response to RFE.

It is notable that the USCIS says they will respond to RFE responses within 60 days. But they reacted after 10 days in my case. The timeline is presumably on a case by case basis.

                          • rfe delived today

According to USPS my rfe response was delived today at 5:35 am ! It is was a birth certificate ! I didn't have the original but I sent what I applied in 2014 translated and certified ! I am still waiting the update on website that the received it !!

I thought birth certificate was not required for asylees because we can not even go back to our country to get all all those paperwork ! asylees are afraid of both their government and neighbors !

Any idea please or experience !

                            Thank you !!
