You are one of the lucky one to get processed at TSC as people who filed in 2018 are still waiting. I am really happy for you

      Just curious
      1. Are you Principal or Derivative Asylee ? Do you know what was the reason for the interview ?
      2. Did you expediate the I485 application like senator inquiry or mandamus lawsuit etc., ?

      Thankyou so much

      1. Derivative Asylee approved overseas. My lawyer said it can be just random that you got the call for an interview nothing specific.
2.I tried through Senator 5 to 6 months ago but just got a generic reply that your application is in the line.

luckycharm4111 I think this is the average waiting time (29 months). I know there are few people from 2018 and even 2017 who are still waiting but I have seen here many people in this forum who filed in 2019 and already got responses.

        • USCIS just released their data of i-485 applications adjudicated during the period of April 1 - June 30th, 2021. Nebraska Service Center is eliminating their backlog within the next 3 months probably since they and the Texas Service Center are no longer receiving new asylum-based i-485 applications. I wonder what will happen then, are they going to transfer the cases from TSC to NSC once the latter eliminates its backlog?

Your photo is too small I can't see it. Can you give me a link to take a look?
I wonder how NBC processes our I-485.

I want to know too How NBC is processing our I 485? Since TSC and NSC are not receiving new applications. I have applied mine on June 2021. It’s still at fingerprints fee received. Any updates for June people ?

NBC does not process any case.

they conduct intake and then transfer cases to either service centers or local offices for interview.

                          here is my timeline:
                          Got asylum in Jan 2019
applied for green card in Feb 2020
Biometrics got applied in Feb 2020
no update since then until today.
                          Texas service center
When you change your address online, did you specify your I-485 case in the form?

There is no point of guessing what the notice is about, might be RFE or interview.

You need to submit an e-request so USCIS can send you a new notice to the correct address.

When after submission does NBC transfer cases? If anyone’s case here has been transferred already?
