    My service center is Texas.
Did you submit with your medical

We were married before the asylum case approval. Wasn’t included in the asylum case because we didn’t know each other at the time it was submitted.

I don’t know exactly, but I do know that prior to the Trump administration I-730 applicants were rarely getting interviews. And also my attorney said I-485 is “technically” marriage based since we’re still supposed to be married so that could be why. The interview was very much like a regular marriage based case according to my attorney.
Thank you for your reply. I really appreciate it and I am happy that your waiting is finally over. Congratulations

I am waiting since then, my service center is TSC

My Attorney said usually they ask for medical at the time of interview but they asked me to mail it instead.
Nfard , your timeline is amazing - you got a response in 12 months! This is pretty fast for an asylum-based i-485 case in the Texas Service Center. Did you use any option to expedite it? I filed my case in Jun 2020 and the last update was "Case was updated to show fingerprints were taken" and that was in July 2020. Did not hear anything since then.

Hi Nfard, maybe you will not have an interview so they asked you to mail it.
have a question. your receipt number was originally MSC (National Benefits Center) and they transferred it to TSC?

I think his original case number start with TSC, and then Uscis transfer to national benefit center.

09/09/2021 We are ready to schedule your Form I-485, Application to Register Permanent Residence or Adjust Status

I was reading about this, this can take from couple of days to 24 months for interview to be scheduled so I am not really sure if this is something that I should be happy about. it simply means there wont be any RFE and its in the queue of field office. (Dallas)

Nfard , are you a primary or derivative asylee? I am asking that because apparently you will be scheduled for an interview.
