Filing soon
Hello guys,
I'm filing I-485 soon and I have a question regarding Part 8 Item 17 of the application, which is "Have you EVER violated the terms and conditions of your nonimmigrant status?".
In my understanding I should answer "Yes", since I'd overstayed my authorized period of admission before I've applied for asylum
My question is what should I put as an explanation on Part 14, since I answered "Yes"?
Thanks in advance!

Receiving green card soon probably worth for you more than spending little money on an attorney. Trust me you won't regret.
